Writer Angela McCrae posted a great piece on the recap of CBS’ 7th Annual Diversity Showcase.

“The El Portal Theatre in NoHo was buzzing January 18th & 19th with actors, casting directors, executives and supporters for the 7th Annual CBS Diversity Sketch Comedy Showcase. 2012 ushered in the newest group of 22 performers hand selected from over 5,000 applicants. “

“Executive producer and writer Rick Najera of ‘Mad TV’ and ‘In Living Color’ directed over 25 short sketches which made for a very entertaining hour showcase leaving the audience in tears.”

“The show moved seamlessly, with props and costume changes for added value.”

I just read your article in the Latino Print Network regarding the “state of the Latino in Hollywood”…
Very good article and well daid! I believe that we all know that its a white world in LaLa land, however,
we need find solutions…. We need to find some unity in our 50 million brothers and sisters and take some action.
I agree with you… enough is enough!.. where do we go from here…
